Baltic Heritage tour: Riga, Tallinn, St.Petersburg

Three important capitals on Baltic seashore, exceptionally rich in heritage and history, give You opportunity to live briefly in two civilizations.
Both Baltic countries Latvia and Estonia were unified in Livonia State, since 13th century an outpost of Western civilisation against Russian Tsars. They are charming, diverse and rich in Medieval, Classicist, Barocco and Ars Noveau treasures, country palaces and walled Old Towns bristling with church spires, delightful landmarks of Livonian Baron, Swedish King and later Russian Emperor rule.
Mighty fortresses tell about endless conflicts on this border of civilizations, cuisine speaks volumes about Slavic, Saxon and Scandinavian inputs.
You will compare and contrast both cultures, seeing the best of St.Petersburg, city of countless bridges and monumental classicist buildings, gilded statues and cascading waters in Peterhof, Summer palace of Emperor. In summertime You will experience even the famous Midnight Sun (Beliye Nochi)!
